EDDIE PAUL--Owner/President With over 30 years of engineering experience, Mr. Paul has developed innovative designs in pumps, compressors, engines, optics, electronics, camera movements and housings, hydraulic systems, and animatronics. His diverse background in prototype development and design is unequaled and his knowledge of a wide range of engineering sciences has led to many discoveries. Consequently, Mr. Paul is the holder of several U.S. and international patents. Most of his experience stems from many years of contracting with the aerospace industry, branches of the United States government/military, and large corporations in the automotive, industrial, and environmental fields. The portion of Mr. Paul's experience relevant to Circlescan 4D is his association with the Los Angeles film industry. He spent three decades producing and coordinating stunts and special effects for over 100 feature films and television shows including Grease, Terminator, E.T., and the underwater IMAX film Search for the Great Shark. RENEE PAUL--Chief Financial Officer Renee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mrs. Paul's background is in banking and finance. She gained valuable experience in corporate development as a Vice President of Bank of America and as a Branch Manager and Vice President of First Interstate Bank. In 1991, she married Eddie Paul and brought her strong administrative and organizational skills to E.P. Industries, Inc. Instrumental in the growth and evolution of E.P. Industries, Mrs. Paul oversees the financial planning and growth for the many companies that she and Mr. Paul have established. |

BRIAN HATANO—General Manager Brian first started working with Eddie
Paul in 1978 (to 1983) when the business was well-known as Customs
by Eddie Paul. He currently oversees the automotive/motorcycle department,
custom paint operation, and fabrication as well as many specialty
publications and promotional materials. Brian also has a high-profile
background in automotive journalism as the former Senior Editor of
Petersen Publishing’s
(now Primedia) Car Craft Magazine (1983-88), Editor of Drag Racing
Magazine (1988-89), and then became the first Editor to launch Sport
Compact Car Magazine for McMullen Publishing (now Primedia). In addition
to his journalism credits, Brian is also a professional photographer,
a certified diagnostic technician for Ford, a former member of the
Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). |
